Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Uruti Streams — the mobile app and this website (urutistreams.com). If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

The service

Uruti Streams publishes vertical short dramas. Viewers watch in the iOS and Android apps. This website is a public landing page and a staff-only catalog desk. There is no consumer web player or projects dashboard.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be old enough to use an online service where you live. Some series are tagged 18+; do not watch those titles if you are under 18.
• Guest device accounts. Opening the app without signing in creates a guest on that device so you can watch free episodes. A guest is not a full account.
• Spending coins, buying packs, streaks, and gifts require a signed-in (non-guest) account. Linking email and password to a guest is meant to keep the same wallet, unlocks, and progress.
• You are responsible for the credentials you choose. We may ban accounts that abuse the service.

Coins and unlocks

Coins are virtual and have no cash value. They can be granted (for example a one-time welcome balance when a wallet is first created), earned through in-app rules we publish, or purchased as packs. We debit the episode's server-side coin cost when you unlock — not a price the client invents. Unlocks and ledger entries are final except where law requires otherwise. We do not cash coins out.

Payments

Paid coin packs and passes will go through a payment provider (mobile money and cards). That provider is not connected yet. Until it is, a checkout can remain pending and we only credit coins after a confirmed provider event. Prices and regional pack labels come from our server, not from a store listing on this website. Refunds, if any, follow the provider and applicable law — not an in-app “simulate success” button.

Video

Episodes stream from Cloudflare Stream. Playback may require a short-lived signed URL. You may not download, copy, or redistribute video except as the app explicitly allows (for example a share link). Access can depend on an episode being published and ready, and on your entitlement (free, unlocked, or a valid binge/VIP pass when we sell those).

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalog, attack the service, evade unlocks or payments, harass others in comments or gifts, or upload anything you do not have the right to. Staff may remove content and suspend accounts.

Intellectual property

Series, episodes, marks, and the Uruti Streams name belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to watch through the app. User comments remain yours; you grant us a license to show them in the product.

Staff

Admin access is for authorized staff only. Staff credentials are not a viewer subscription. Misuse of admin tools is a breach of these terms and of any employment or contractor agreement you have with us.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Catalog availability, stream quality, and features (including payments) may change or be interrupted. We are not liable for lost coins, lost progress, or inability to watch a title except to the extent law does not allow that limit.
